Each phase is intentionally designed to build on the last so you're not just working harder, you're working smarter for visible measurable growth.

Phase 1

weeks 1-4

Lay the foundation. Phase I is designed to build the work capacity, movement quality, and connective tissue resilience your body needs to grow. Rep ranges are intentionally higher to drive metabolic stress and blood flow to the glutes — conditioning your muscles and joints from the inside out. Don't mistake this phase for easy. The foundation you lay here determines every result that follows.

Phase 2

weeks 5-8

Intensification. The weight goes up. The effort goes deeper. Phase II shifts the focus to progressive overload, with load increasing systematically as your body reinforces the glute recruitment patterns built in Phase I. This is the phase where the mirror starts to tell a different story — shape begins to emerge, and the work begins to show.

Phase III

weeks 9-12

Ramp up. Phase III introduces one of the most powerful hypertrophy tools in the program: agonist supersets. By pairing two glute-focused exercises back-to-back in different positions, your glutes are forced to work through both ends of the strength curve. Intensity is high. Proximity to failure is intentional. This is where serious shape is built.

Phase IV

weeks 13-16

Strength & Force. The culmination of 12 weeks of deliberate work. Phase IV is the peak loading block — heavy, full-range, mechanically demanding training designed to produce maximum tension on a muscle that is now fully prepared to handle it. This is not where you start. This is where you finish — and the results in your week-16 photos will show exactly why the system is built the way it is.
